Bag care

How do i clean my clear vinyl bag?

For gentle cleaning, use a mixture of warm water and mild dish soap. Dampen a soft cloth with this mixture and delicately wipe both the interior and exterior surfaces of your bag. Remember, vinyl can scratch if excessive pressure is applied or abrasive brushes are used. Opt for microfiber cloths for optimal cleaning. Avoid paper towels which can cause scratches.

To tackle stubborn scuff marks or sticky residues, apply a small amount of goo gone onto a soft cloth. Afterward, ensure to cleanse the area again with the soap solution.

Rinse off any remaining soap residue by using a fresh, damp cloth with water. Once rinsed, dry your bag thoroughly with a clean, fresh microfiber cloth. For best results, allow your bag to air dry completely by placing it upside down before storing.

Refrain from using Clorox Wipes, or any bleach / harsh chemicals during cleaning, as this can result in unwanted discoloration.

how should I store my clear vinyl bag?

Clear vinyl material has a unique characteristic of conforming to the shape it's stored in. To prevent scratches and the need for reshaping, we suggest filling your bag with a towel or soft t-shirt and placing it in its dust bag on a flat surface for storage. Hanging the bag from its strap is not recommended.

can i reshape my clear vinyl bag?

Rest assured, your bag's shape is easily managed thanks to the flexibility of vinyl!

Step 1: Fill your bag with a soft, bulky item like a towel or t-shirt.

Step 2: Apply gentle heat to the vinyl. You can use a hair dryer or leave it under sunlight for a few minutes on a warm day.

Step 3: Once heated, remove the bag from the heat and let it cool while still stuffed and upright.

Step 4: Repeat the process if necessary until your bag returns to its original or desired shape.
